Summary of Responsibilities:

Acts as administrative support to the firm’s tax and administrative teams.  Greet clients, assist staff with projects, and coordinating the daily office needs and requests.

Essential Functions:

  • Tax admin backup support in Carlsbad office
  • Greet clients and cover front desk
  • Filing client information
  • Assist in maintaining appearance of office
  • Assist in tax assembly throughout year
  • Open and close office daily
  • Miscellaneous duties - restocking supplies, dishes (daily), scanning client information, etc.
  • Provide backup for GFR Workflow Entry
  • Provide administrative assistance for RPS and Wealth Advisors
  • Provide assistance to Financial Services department, and serve as backup for assembling Financial Statements
  • Perform other various administrative responsibilities as support to other admin team members and professional staff
  • Assist in picking up lunches and running errands when needed

  • Ability to multi-task

  • High level word processing skills
  • High level desktop publishing skills
  • Ability to design presentations
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, and under pressure
  • Strong teamwork skills necessary
  • Ability to use personal computer and Windows software related to word processing and spreadsheet
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, ProFx Tax, and GoFileRoom
  • 4 year degree is preferable
